The mobile advertising market continues to evolve, requiring increasingly modern approaches to campaigns. Experts at Spicy Mobile, who have analyzed mobile usage habits of Polish consumers for over a year (through the Mobience study), are taking the next step by launching the Happy Pixel brand.

The main role of Happy Pixel is to assist interactive agencies, media houses, and direct clients in developing advertising formats tailored for mobile marketing.

The team will be responsible for implementing new advertising mechanisms and formats, providing advice on the structure and design of mobile ad creatives, and creating responsive rich media campaigns for all mobile devices (smartphones and tablets).

Several hundred creatives to their credit

"Since the very beginning of Spicy Mobile, we have supported clients in developing advertising formats. Splitting off this team, which has completed hundreds of ad creatives at an international level, is a natural consequence of their accumulated experience and outstanding performance," admits Rafał Karczewski, board member of Spicy Mobile.

Happy Pixel is composed of a five-member group of experienced developers and graphic designers. They have gained expertise by creating advertising campaigns for major brands in Poland and abroad, including Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Nike, H&M, McDonald's, PKO BP, and many others. Leading the team is Maciej Mazurczak, creator of ad campaigns for IPLI, a product of Polsat.

Spicy Mobile is a mobile communications agency and the creator of Poland’s first mobile application marketing platform for advertisers and publishers — Mobigate. The company runs advertising campaigns reaching over 700 million monthly impressions and offers advanced technological and research solutions tailored for the mobile channel.

Key Terms in the Article

Ad Spend — Advertising expenditure. The total value of media purchases within a given period, segmented by channels: TV, internet, outdoor, radio, print, cinema.

Why it matters: A reference point for your own budget and the foundation for discussions about market share in advertising categories.

When to use it: When planning annual budgets, analyzing competition, or discussing budgets with management.

Risks of ignoring it: Without market data, "we increased our budget by 10%" means nothing — if competitors increased by 30%, your market share declines.
