Frequently asked questions
We will write to the address given in the application. Questions before you apply: [email protected]
How much does a media patronage cost?
Nothing — the patronage is free. In return, the organiser shows the Mediarun logo as a media patron and, if possible, offers something to our readers. Advertising and sponsored articles are a separate, paid offer.
See the plansWhich events do you support?
Conferences, galas and competitions, trade fairs, trainings, webinars, reports and studies on marketing, media, PR, e-commerce and marketing technology — mainly for the Polish industry.
How far in advance should I apply?
Ideally at least three weeks before the event. That is how long it takes to prepare the announcement and the calendar entry, and coverage is best planned before the event.
Why do I need an account?
An account confirms who is submitting the event and gives us an address to reply to. It is free, and we pre-fill the contact details from it in the form.
Is the patronage guaranteed?
No. The editorial team decides, based on how relevant the event is to Mediarun readers. We reply to every application within five working days.
What do you expect from the organiser?
Usually the Mediarun logo in the event materials, press accreditation for our editors, and tickets or a discount for readers. We agree the scope individually — tick in the form what you can offer.
Where do I get the patron logo?
Once the patronage is accepted, we will send the logo and the rules for using it. The Mediarun logo in black and white (SVG) is also available on the Press page.
Logo on the Press pageDo you support online events?
Yes. Tick “Online event” in the form — the venue is then not required.
Will you publish a sponsored article as part of the patronage?
No. The patronage does not include sponsored articles or advertising. If you need a campaign, choose a plan or write to us.
