On Friday, July 22, the Supervisory Board of nc+ platform appointed Frédéric Berardi as Managing Director for Finance. He replaces Nicolas Dandoy, who has taken up the role of Finance Director at CANAL+ OVERSEAS and a member of the Supervisory Board of ITI Neovision.

Frédéric Berardi is the Finance Director (CFO) responsible for all finance-related activities conducted by the nc+ platform, which belongs to ITI Neovision. He oversees departments including accounting, financial controlling, procurement and processes, external audit, logistics, as well as debt collection and receivables management.

New CFO of nc+

Frédéric Berardi brings 19 years of experience as a CFO. He has worked for CANAL+ Group since 2011. Initially, he served as CEO in Africa, and from November 2013, he worked as CFO and COO for VSTV within CANAL+’s subsidiary in Vietnam. He graduated in 1997 from SKEMA Lille Business School with a “Master in Finance” degree. Previously, he held CFO positions at companies such as Imperial Tobacco Group and Millicom Group.
