AcronymsAbbreviations everyone uses and few explain

MFA

Multi-Factor Authentication

Login requiring two independent factors: something you know (password) and something you have (code from an app, hardware key).

Why it matters

Stops attacks even if the password is stolen. This single setting blocks most automated breaches of admin accounts.

What's missing without it

Without MFA, the password is the only barrier — and passwords leak: from other services, phishing, or saved sessions on other computers.

When it is used

Mandatory for all accounts with access to the admin panel.

How we use it

SMS codes are weaker than app-based codes — they can be transferred along with a compromised phone number.
