HEXX OS terms of service
These terms set out how you may use HEXX OS, how subscriptions are entered into and ended, and how to file a complaint.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
§ 1. The provider
The service is provided by [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA], registered office in [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA], company number [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA], VAT ID [DO UZUPEŁNIENIA].
For service matters, write to the email address given on the contact page. We answer on working days, usually within one day.
§ 2. Definitions
In these terms:
- Service — the HEXX OS tools available through a web browser.
- User — a person who has created an account in the Service.
- Consumer — a natural person entering into a contract not directly connected with their business or profession.
- Subscription — paid access to the Service under a chosen plan, billed monthly or annually.
- Limit — the monthly number of operations attached to a plan, for example generations or audits.
- Operation — a single job carried out by the Service: generating content, running an audit, preparing a document or an image.
§ 3. Creating an account
An account is required. When you create one, you give an email address and set a password.
An account belongs to one person. Do not share your credentials — team access is provided by the Business plan.
The contract is concluded once registration is confirmed. The trial requires no payment details.
§ 4. What the service covers
The Service provides AI-assisted marketing tools: SEO and SEM audits, content and image generation, a contact database, mail merge, an opportunity calendar and documents.
Model output is a proposal and needs your review before publication or sending. We do not guarantee particular search rankings or sales results — these depend on factors outside the Service.
The scope of each plan is described in the pricing on the offer page.
§ 5. Limits
Every plan carries a monthly operation limit. Current usage is visible in the panel.
Usage is recorded only after an operation completes successfully. If an operation fails for reasons on our side, your limit stays untouched.
Once a limit runs out, the tool stops until the end of the billing period. You may move to a higher plan — its limits apply immediately.
Unused limits do not carry over to the next period.
§ 6. Payments
Prices on the offer page are given in Polish zloty. Annual billing is 20% cheaper than twelve months billed separately.
Payment is taken up front for the billing period. Every payment comes with a VAT invoice issued to the details given at checkout; you can change them in account settings.
A failed payment suspends access to the tools. Your data stays on the account and access returns once payment is settled.
§ 7. Withdrawal and cancellation
A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of concluding it, without giving a reason. An email statement is enough.
If, at your express request, the service began before that period ended, on withdrawal you pay for the part used — proportionally to time and limits consumed.
Regardless of the above, you may cancel a subscription at any time. It ends when the paid period runs out; until then you keep the full limits.
§ 8. Complaints
File a complaint by email, describing the problem and when it occurred.
We reply within fourteen days. Where a complaint is justified, we fix the fault, restore consumed limits or refund part of the fee for the period of unavailability.
A Consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
§ 9. Your content
Material you put into the Service remains yours. We do not use it to train models and do not share it with other customers.
We process it solely to carry out the operation you asked for, and as far as necessary to keep the Service running and secure.
You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you submit and for its processing not infringing third-party rights.
§ 10. Prohibited use
The Service may not be used to:
- create unlawful content, including content inciting violence or discrimination;
- impersonate other people or entities;
- send bulk messages to recipients who have not agreed to be contacted;
- circumvent limits, including by creating multiple trial accounts;
- scrape data from the Service outside the provided API.
§ 11. Availability
We work to keep the Service running without interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and carried out outside peak hours.
We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, in particular network failures, AI provider outages or force majeure.
§ 12. Changes to these terms
We notify you of changes by email at least fourteen days before they take effect.
If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate the contract before they take effect — at no cost, with a refund for the unused period.
§ 13. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
